Should the military be called in for natural disasters?

1/2/2009: Time Magazine has an article about Posse Comitatus and the arguments for and against having a military presence on US soil to respond to national disasters. Proponents argue that the military is singularly trained and equipped to respond to domestic crises such as hurricane Katrina, while critics are concerned about "creeping militarism."
