Chinese-American sentenced to fifteen years following espionage conviction

02/09/10: Jurist reports that former Boeing engineer Dongfan "Greg" Chung was sentenced Monday to 15 years in prison, following his July 2009 conviction under the 1996 Economic Espionage Act. Chung, a native of China, was convicted by the US District Court for the Central District of California in a non-jury trial of stealing corporate trade secrets related to the US Space Shuttle program and turning them over to China.
