EPIC files lawsuit against NSA on agency's cybersecurity authority

02/05/10: The FOIA Blog reports that the Electronic Privacy Information Center ("EPIC") has filed a FOIA lawsuit against the National Security Agency in US District Court for the District of Columbia.  The lawsuit concerns a request made to NSA by EPIC for details on the authority NSA was granted on domestic cybersecurity matters under National Security Presidential Directive 54, which was promulgated during the Bush administration.
