02/18/10: Politico reports that a group of Americans, Canadians and Israelis injured in Hezbollah
rocket attacks against Israel in 2006, and the estates of others killed
in those attacks, have filed what their lawyers say is an unpredecented
lawsuit against Iran's central bank. The suit filed yesterday in US District Court in Washington
alleges that the Central Bank of Iran "provided Hezbollah with material
support and resources ... that enabled, facilitated and caused the
Hezbollah Rocket Barrage and thereby caused plaintiffs’ injuries and
the murder of the decedents."
