Judge ties Italy secret service to cleric’s abduction

02/01/10: The New York Times reports that the Italian secret services were most likely aware of, “and perhaps complicit in,” the abduction of an Egyptian cleric from the streets of Milan in 2003, a judge in Milan said Monday. But, he added, state secrecy prevented the court from proving this.
