Opinion: Proposed bill casts all Iranians as terrorists

02/09/10: The San Francisco Chronicle has an opinion piece by Nealan Afsari arguing against passage of the Stop Terrorists Entry Program (STEP) Act of 2010, a proposed bill that intends to curb potential terrorist activity and strengthen national security but that also categorically prevents Iranians and other targeted groups from entering the US.
