03/11/10: The New York Times reports that a Moscow court on Wednesday approved the arrest of 10 suspects in the
November 2009 bombing of the Nevsky Express passenger train, which derailed while en route from Moscow to St. Petersburg
and killed 28 people. Nine of the suspects were arrested during a
federal raid last week on a village outside Nazran, the capital of the
republic of Ingushetia.
